Rights Issue of Public Limited Company

SCI was responsible for working with regulators, company secretaries, shareholders and directors on a 2 for 1 rights issue. From going through the listing rules and requirements with the stock exchange and the SEC to underwriting the rights SCI led on the fundraise from start to finish. The rights were successfully taken up within the retail market.
