Acquisition Share Swap

SCI originated on a debt for equity share swap of six privately held companies. The transaction was carried out at NAV and enabled the acquiring company to increase its asset base which was later leveraged. SCI once again led on the transaction working with the regulator, shareholders and board of directors.
