Friendly Takeover of PLC

SCI originated the friendly acquisition of a 51% stake in this listed company. Having identified the transaction, SCI carried out all of the due diligence on the company and worked with the stock exchange and regulator, the securities and exchange commission. The acquisition carried out of NAV proved to be undervalued compared to the growth prospects of the company. Once the shares crossed, SCI led on restoring good governance to the company and enlisting new board members.
