Disposal of 51% Stake in Private Company

SCI was instructed by the Company’s owner to find a strategic partner for the divestment of a 51% stake in a directly invested group of hotels. SCI were able to source the buyer and take both parties through the transaction culminating in a successful outcome for both parties.
