We are pleased to announce that Steradian Capital Investments (Pvt) Ltd has successfully led another significant corporate finance transaction — the divestment of Lanka Realty Investments PLC’s 51% stake and Eighth Wonder Investments (Pvt) Ltd’s 49% stake in Lanka Realty Developments (Pvt) Ltd to Lee Hedges PLC.

The transaction forms part of Lee Hedges PLC’s acquisition of 100% of Lanka Realty Developments (Pvt) Ltd, with a total transaction value of Rs. 3.157 billion equivalent to approximately USD 10.15 million.

This transaction strengthens Group alignment, enhances liquidity, and supports long-term value creation across the Lanka Realty Investments Group.
