Our Investment Strategy
SCI advised on the acquisition, sales, and project management of a one-acre condominium project. An affordable residential project under construction in Colombo 09, the project is 220,000 sq ft GEA with 121 flats. A mixture of 2 bedroom units measuring 1,000 sq ft and 3 bedroom units measuring 1,400 sq ft.
Focusing on an untapped opportunity at the time of development, we cultivated an edge over other competitors due to our value proposition at an affordable price. The value proposition included the ease of access to leading schools and other essential establishments and institutions.
