Development - Apartment Complex

Planning permission was achieved for 121, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments with car parking and rooftop amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, club and playground. The total GEA of the site measured 220,000 sq ft. SCI was retained on the sales and project management of the scheme. We led on the pilling contract, superstructure, MEP, fabrication, kitchens and bathrooms. On the sales side, SCI led all marketing and sales initiatives handling all sales and purchase agreements and any tripartite agreements with banks.
