Management were retained on the change of use of St Lawrence House from B1 offices to C4 student accommodation. SCI led on liaising with external planning experts and lease surrenders with the secretary of state and other occupiers. On achieving vacant possession and section 106, the site was sold to student housing developer Abodus for £6 m.
